The Blueprint Project is your opportunity to partner with Hunter LabourForce Solutions, a division of The Mai-Wel Group, to facilitate skills, training, empowerment and long term employment opportunities for people with a disability or barrier to employment. Download a brochure here!

Blueprint is simple... This is your opportunity to MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

  • Take on an Intern, for 26 weeks (at entry level wages 8 or 15 hours per week) and play a role in facilitating their skills development.
  • We will provide you with a suitable applicant and cover full salary costs (up to $18.61 per hour).
  • The job seeker will also undertake Certificate II training at no cost to you, outside of their work hours.
  • We will provide tailored, on the job support and address barriers in the workplace as/if they occur.You play a role a helping the job seeker to be more competitive and achieve full employment after their placement.
  • After they have graduated from their Internship, you may choose to take on another Intern and make a difference to more lives.
  • To recognise our Partnership, we will use your logo on all of our Blueprint marketing material, give you recognition on our web site, grant you priority status and pre-sale ticket opportunities for Mai-Wel events and much, much more!
