AccessAbility Day, Connecting Jobseekers with Disability to Local Employers

2.2 million Australians of working age are living with a disability, but Australians with disability are under-represented in the workforce. In fact, the employment rate for people with disability is almost half compared to those without.

From 25th to 29th November 2019, Mai-Wel LabourForce Solutions (MWLFS) is encouraging local business to take part in AccessAbility Day, an Australian Government initiative developed to connect jobseekers with disability & employers.

Mai-Wel is proud to be part of this important initiative & will connect jobseekers through MWLFS to local businesses by facilitating work experience opportunities.
