Lochlan impresses with great service
Lochlan works four shifts per week in his role as a Guest Services Officer, collecting glasses, wiping tables and other general cleaning duties.
Lochlan receives regular on the job support from Mai-Wel LabourForce Solutions staff to ensure he is comfortable learning his role and can continue to learn new tasks while building his confidence.
Lochlan has established himself really well at the workplace and from all reports is doing a fantastic job. Customers often provide feedback about how much they love Lochlan and even his mother has received feedback about how well he is working.
Lochlan says he is very happy in his job and supportive workplace.
“I was made to feel welcome by the friendly environment, the staff are good, the customers are good and I get to be myself,” says Lochlan.
“I like to work as it’s something to do, I feel more independent, builds my confidence and I get to socialise.”
