Tom is working out to achieve his healthy lifestyle goals
Tom is reaping the benefits of his newly established healthy lifestyle with support of The Hill staff and his weekly gym program.
Tom attends The Hill, Mai-Wel’s lifestyle and leisure centre, where he engages in a range of recreational and lifestyle activities.
In support of new healthy lifestyle choices, staff guide and inspire him to eat healthier and make better food choices in addition to supporting him to attend personal training sessions each Tuesday with Sergio at Real Life Fitness.
Since commencing his gym program, Tom has lost weight and inches, gained muscle and has learned to use a range of fitness machines that he enjoys teaching his support staff to use.
Tom is extremely proud of how far he has come with support of Sergio who inspires him to keep reaching for his goals. Recently his achievements earned him a gold medal from Sergio and he was excited to show it off to his friends and staff at The Hill.
Tom is a valued member of Real Life Fitness and the supportive and welcoming staff make his time in the gym fun and enjoyable.
Not only has Tom’s healthy lifestyle changes been positive for him, his support staff at The Hill have enjoyed being part of his journey and learning new skills and knowledge themselves.
