Upskilling to meet local labour demand
MWLFS have partnered with these two Registered Training Organisations to help jobseekers upskill, ensuring they remain competitive in today’s labour market. MWLFS remain proactive in identifying a local labour market demands such as the Stockland Greenhills redevelopment.
As a result, MWLFS enlisted the services of these two RTO’s to deliver relevant training to ensure jobseekers are well positioned to apply for emerging retail opportunities.A key component of the success of both courses will be the jobseekers completion of work experience, hosted by local businesses.
The Certificate III in Business has been developed in consultation with local employers to ensure jobseekers are learning relevant ‘soft skills’ that employers of today demand; attitude and adaptability, interpersonal skills, basic computer and customer skills, reliability, presentation and work ethic.
