Community Participation Program

The Community Participation Program aims to assist young people with a disability to develop their skills, to work towards their goals, increase their independence and participate as valued and active members of the community.

The Program targets young people with a disability with moderate to high support needs who require an alternative to paid employment and further education in the medium and long term.


What is the Community Participation Program?

Clients can choose from two programs; Centre Based with Community Access or Individual Community Based Options.

These programs will help participants:

Each client has an individual plan that caters to their needs and desires. Young people within the program are assisted to learn about rights, responsibilities and decision making.Back to Top
