Life FUNdamentals

Life FUNdamentals is Mai-Wel’s life skills development initiative providing fun and interactive activities for young people with disabilities to learn skills to assist in all aspects of life, from exercise, meal planning and preparation, to making friends and participating in the community.

Life FUNdamentals offers a range of goal-based activities for individuals and groups, focused on building independence and capacity across three areas;

  1. life skill development,
  2. community and social participation,
  3. physical well-being and health - expressions of interest are now open for Trial A Sport with Ambrose Tennis Academy. Click here for more information.

Life FUNdamentals is delivered from The Hub Maitland and The Hub Cessnock, both locations offer the same or similar activities working towards the same goal of life skill development.
